LASER CELL WITH ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT
Cell with anthropomorphic robot powered by 3000 W fiber laser with double cutting and welding head, automatic change of the same with two work zones, the first with a use space measuring 1200x890x1870 mm, the other with a work zone measuring 670x900x1800 mm, on this last station you can process tubes with a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 1000 mm.
Cutting and welding operations can be carried out on various materials such as: iron, stainless steel, copper and aluminium, up to 8 mm of stainless steel, 10 mm of iron and 5 mm of copper and aluminium, and both butt-to-butt and overlap welding , with penetration of 4 mm on stainless steel, 6 mm on iron and 3 mm on aluminium.
INDUSTRIAL VACUUM WASHER
New generation parts washer with vacuum washing, with loading and unloading line equipped with various baskets measuring 600x450x300 or 300x450x300 mm, where the pieces are inserted in bulk, but still blocked with partition grids so that, even if the basket is rotated, the components inside do not get scratched.
The washing cycle time depends greatly on the type of part, but above all on how contaminated it is by processing oils, be it emulsion oil or whole oil. On average, the cycle time can vary from 8 minutes to 18 min.
The complete cycle includes: automatic loading, washing, drying and automatic unloading. It is possible to wash pieces of various shapes and sizes of different metal materials: iron, stainless steel, iron, copper and aluminum, etc.
Thi new generation system allows us to drastically reduce energy consumption and with less environmental impact on the materials to be disposed of, as there is a clear separation between the degreasing liquid and the oils which are fully recovered and reused, including the recovery of any chips present inside the washed parts, the entire cycle is controlled by a touch panel, both locally and remotely, entering the order number, type of article, washing recipe and quantity of washed pieces in the individual basket, thus making the machine acquires the data and automatically sends the cycle times directly to our database, in this way we can keep under control, not only the production cycle of the single item, but we have constant monitoring and control of the machine use times.
